Changing the regional date format settings for Ncome and Xpense 

1.  Run control panel...regional and language options.
2.  On the regional options tab, change to <Your Language> For Example: English (United Kingdom)
3.  Click on the Advanced tab, under Language for non-unicode programs, change to <Your Language>.

You may be required to reboot after doing this.
