Y2K: May I enter 2 digit years, or do I need to enter 4 digit years?

Q: May I enter 2 digit years, or do I need to enter 4 digit years? A: You must enter 4 digit years. If only a 2 digit year is keyed, the program automatically defaults to "19" as the first 2 digits of the year.
